Successful HSE management on any crew requires strong co-operation and alignment between Company and Contractor and necessarily requires effective interfacing of their respective HSE management systems.
OEOC’s HSE management system is built upon a model that has three very clearly defined hierarchical levels , with the contract forming the main interface document between the Corporate and Crew level activities.
